Dr. Leslie Williams leads the Numbers Foundation Board with a steadfast commitment to educational equity and organizational integrity. As Chairperson, she steers the Foundation's governance framework; ensuring strategic alignment, fiduciary responsibility, and that every programme decision connects back to our core mission: transforming mathematics education for Tanzania's youth.

Her leadership bridges academic rigour with practical community impact, and he brings a rare blend of institutional experience and grassroots perspective to the role.

Naureen leads Numbers Foundation's community giving work coordinating school supply distributions, nurturing family relationships, and managing the Charity & Sport programme.
