Dr. Leslie Williams leads the Numbers Foundation Board with a steadfast commitment to educational equity and organizational integrity. As Chairperson, she steers the Foundation's governance framework; ensuring strategic alignment, fiduciary responsibility, and that every programme decision connects back to our core mission: transforming mathematics education for Tanzania's youth.
Her leadership bridges academic rigour with practical community impact, and he brings a rare blend of institutional experience and grassroots perspective to the role.
Dr. Petros Libingi brings deep expertise to the Board, providing critical oversight on programme quality, community accountability, and institutional partnerships. His counsel ensures Numbers Foundation's interventions are evidence-based, contextually grounded, and continuously improving in service of students.
Dr. Raymond Nazario contributes strategic vision and professional rigour to Numbers Foundation's governance. As a board member, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial sustainability, ethical operations, and that the Foundation maintains its credibility and impact with partners, donors, and the communities it serves.
